Django-based Web Application
Designed to simulate stock trading and portfolio management, this project introduced me to full-stack development, API integration, and cloud deployment. A fellow student and I built a backend for user authentication and stock portfolio management, integrated the yfinance API and created a responsive front-end. Hosted briefly on Google Cloud Platform.

Taking the DevOps Foundations course gave me a strong grasp of DevOps practices. I learned the key principles behind CI/CD and automation while exploring popular DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. The course emphasized how to implement DevOps culture, foster collaboration, and streamline software development.
Introduction to Computer Science
Consisting of ten problem sets, nine labs, and one final project, this course explored data structures, algorithms, encapsulation, security, and web development. This gave me a challenging yet intriguing introduction to many different computer science concepts.

Made up of three courses and an exam, I gained hands-on experience containerizing applications, creating Docker images, and managing runtime environments. Working on a Flask-based web app, I developed skills in Dockerfiles, private repositories, and Docker commands. I also explored Docker Compose to handle multi-container systems.

This course guided me through setting up Jenkins, configuring jobs, and understanding the plugin environment for extending functionality. It also covered organizing jobs using folders and views, and gave an overview of creating pipelines as code, providing foundational knowledge for automating workflows in development and system administration.
Max/MSP and Arduino Project
I applied Max/MSP skills from my Coding Music class and prior Arduino knowledge to create an interactive, light-sensitive music generator. Using analog input from five photoresistors on a breadboard with audio manipulation in Max/MSP, I created a responsive audio environment where varying light levels influence different musical elements.
